We are delighted to confirm that The Carers Centre for Brighton and Hove has successfully retained the role of lead partner in delivery of our city’s Carers Hub services. These services will continue to be delivered in partnership with East Sussex Brighton & Hove Crossroads, the Alzheimer’s Society and Brighton & Hove City Council. Our new agreement with local authority and NHS partners commenced on 1st March 2025.
Most services will continue as before, including our carer assessment service, peer support groups and Young Carers Project. Our targeted services for adult carers include Changes Ahead for carers of those with a mental health condition and the newly-named Forward Together Project for carers of those with life-limiting conditions.
We are proud to be able to continue to support the unpaid carers of Brighton & Hove and to highlight the incredible contribution you make to our communities.
