We have now revised our Fact Sheet No 5 – Transport Services (January 2023). This gives a lot of information about local and national transport services, particularly for people with disabilities, the elderly and carers and advice on the refund of healthcare travel costs in appropriate circumstances. Examples of services covered are Blue Badges, Bus Passes, Carers Card Bus Discounts and Disabled Persons Railcards. “
