Sussex Carers Partnership - Support Locator Postcode Tool
To help you identify which of the Sussex Carers Partnership charities supports your local area, we have created a quick and easy postcode search tool. Simply enter your full postcode and we will display the charity supporting that locality. Then, click on one of the referral buttons to be redirected to the charity’s referral page.
Please note
If you live in a different area from the person you care for, you may need to contact the charity that covers their postcode in order to access certain services (for example, a Carer’s Assessment). In this situation, please enter the postcode of the person you support.
You are also welcome to contact the charity linked to your own postcode area for more informal local support, such as joining a carer’s coffee morning.
